In a recent interview with Swiss Radio and Television (SRF), Prof. Dr. Mike Martin, Co-Director of the URPP DynAge, explains how a more differentiated view of aging is needed. By shifting the focus to what we can still learn and do as we age, rather than on how many symptoms or morbidities one may have, one can better understand the heterogeneity of the aging process, as well as how we can continue to flourish and contribute to society at all ages.
